Situated in a prime coastal tourist destination, the Apple Pod Modular Housing Project features prefabricated tourist pods and vacation villas, designed for sustainability and efficiency. Given the harsh coastal environment—characterized by high salt levels, moisture, and fluctuating weather conditions—a robust waterproofing system was essential.
OYH’s JSA-101 polymer cement waterproofing coating was applied to ensure superior adhesion and long-term resistance to moisture infiltration. Additionally, the PMC-481 primer was used to reinforce bonding strength, providing enhanced durability—making it the ideal waterproofing solution for Hawaii’s demanding coastal climate.
