Project Development Specialist

Create initial conceptual architectural designs for the property development project based on feasibility studies and zoning analyses. 

Work with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop detailed project designs and specifications. 

Prepare architectural and engineering plans, ensuring compliance with project goals and standards. 

Research and assess the current real estate development plans and ordinances of the local Township. 

Collaborate with the Township for ongoing engagement and seamless cooperation in drafting and implementing ordinances for rezoning the property for residential use. 

Conduct thorough due diligence, including site inspections, environmental assessments, and title reviews. 

Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations. 

Conduct research and gather information on external consultants, identify suitable partners for collaboration. 

Track project progress and facilitate collaboration among external professionals. Summarize project progress and provide them to the headquarter located in China.
