Job Description
1. Human Resource Strategy Support:
Align HR solutions with the company’s business strategy, tailored to the Mexican market.
Advise on organizational structure and staffing optimization to support business objectives.
2. Recruitment and Talent Management:
Manage recruitment in Mexico, attracting top talent to meet business needs.
Assist in developing talent programs focused on performance, career growth, and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations Management:
Maintain positive employee relations, address issues, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement actions to improve experience and engagement.
4. Training and Development:
Support the planning and execution of training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Promote corporate culture and foster team cohesion and cross-cultural collaboration.
5. Human Resource Operations:
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in Mexico for operational efficiency.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and attendance systems to optimize HR operations.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Provide HR data analysis to support decision-making (e.g., turnover, salary analysis).
Regularly report HR insights and recommendations to headquarters.
Requirements
Experience in building a human resources system from the ground up, preferably within the construction, building materials, or manufacturing industries.
Must have an authorized work permit.
Proficient in analyzing labor market trends, salary levels, talent demand, and employment regulations in North America.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and address business challenges, and plan and implement HR solutions, including organizational structure optimization, cross-border talent acquisition, and employee relationship management.
